Mafia Moves is the run crew that got me into running — and I’ll always be grateful for that. Based in North London, MM is a supportive, community-led movement that empowers people who might not normally see themselves as runners to get out, move, and feel part of something bigger.
They champion the local neighbourhood and create space for connection, movement and joy, and support people on their first 5k or 15th ultra. Their impact goes far beyond the pavement. It’s a crew built on care, and I’m proud to be a part of it. Alone you can run fast but together you can run far.
What I did
Website & Digital Presence Overhaul
I designed and built a new website to give Mafia Moves a strong digital home. The goal was to make it easy for people to join the community, find upcoming runs, and understand what MM is all about — inclusivity, empowerment, and movement that meets you where you are. The site reflects their energy and values, and is designed to grow alongside the crew.
