Protein Studios is a 13,000 sq ft creative venue and cultural hub in the heart of Shoreditch, hosting everything from brand activations and immersive experiences to large-scale productions and industry events. Alongside the venue, it’s also home to a thriving coworking community of founders, creatives and freelancers working across music, fashion, design and culture.
From day one, it felt less like a client relationship and more like being part of the team. Protein is collaborative, ambitious and genuinely fun to work with, and it’s been a joy helping shape how the brand shows up online.
What I did
Marketing & Digital Strategy
Led a clear, structured marketing strategy to grow Protein’s digital presence. Website traffic increased by 898% year-on-year (127K visits), with a 1,107% uplift in unique visitors, driven entirely by organic optimisation and sharper content planning.
Website Content & SEO
Delivered a full content and SEO refresh to improve user experience and search visibility, resulting in a 208% increase in page views and a 33% reduction in bounce rate.
Awards & Recognition
Wrote the award submission that saw Protein Studios nominated for Venue Team of the Year at the Campaign UK Experience Awards.
Social & Content Strategy
Ongoing support across social and content, focusing on behind-the-scenes storytelling, event highlights and amplifying community voices.
